DIVINE CALL
On July 21, the voters called Pastor Brian Schwarz to serve as our associate pastor. Pastor Schwarz currently serves at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in East Wenatchee, WA. Please keep Pastor Schwarz and family in prayer as he deliberates where he can best serve our Savior.
DIVINE CALL RECEIVED
On July 28, Pastor Limpert received a divine call to serve as associate pastor at Salem Lutheran Church in Stillwater, MN. Please keep Pastor and Jess in your prayers as he deliberates. He invites the members of the congregation to reach out to him with anything they would like to discuss about the call.
QUARTERLY VOTERS MEETING HIGHLIGHTS
Last Sunday, August 7, the voters met at the quarterly meeting. Membership changes were: Transfer out of Ashley Rose (nee Peterson) to St. Paul, North Fond Du Lac, WI, Transfer in of Roxanne Kursave, from St. Paul’s Rapid City, SD and Reception by Adult Confirmation of Lisa Lutz. The voters approved the refinishing of the front doors at the Wonewoc church with funds available from the Church Entry Fund. Approval was given to increase burial fees at the cemetery. Grave openings increased from $500 to $550 and Perpetual Care increased from $800 to $850. Approval was given to use some financial assistance to close out several past due balances of former families whom we cannot contact. Approval was given to call 2 teachers for the 25-26 school year as soon as the call window opens in October. If you have any questions, please contact Pastor Limpert or a Trustee.
SCHOOL REGISTRATION
In-person school registration will take place on August 15 and 22. The time will be from 6:30-7:30. Part of registration this year is parent attendance of a presentation/orientation. Only one parent needs to be present to make it easier to accommodate everyone's schedules. The presentation will be held 2 times each evening at 6:30 and 7:00. With the choice of dates and times, every family should be able to find a time to register in-person. Call or email office@stpaulhw if you have any questions.

A shout our goes to all, both adults and students who gave of their time this weekend to help in the food stands and sing the national anthem at the charity tractor pull. This couldn’t be accomplished with our members’ willingness to help.
