DIVINE CALL RETURNED
Pastor Bryan Schwarz has returned the call to serve as our associate pastor. We thank him for his time in deliberation and pray for God’s continued blessings on his ministry.
DIVINE CALL RECEIVED
On July 28, Pastor Limpert received a divine call to serve as associate pastor at Salem Lutheran Church in Stillwater, MN. Please keep Pastor and Jess in your prayers as he deliberates. He invites the members of the congregation to reach out to him with anything they would like to discuss about the call.
VOTERS’ MEETING SEPTEMBER 12
There will be a voters’ meeting held on Thursday, September 12 at 7:00pm at the Wonewoc campus. The agenda will include voting on a pastoral call list, updates on the Early Childhood Ministry, and any other business that needs to be addressed at the time of the meeting.
CHURCH & SCHOOL GROUNDS CLEANUP WORKDAY
Today, right after the 10:30 worship service in Wonewoc, we are asking anyone who would be able to lend a hand to help clean up the church and school grounds. Things are looking pretty untidy; with weeds encroaching in the landscaping and around the playground. Just show up if you are able to help and bring rakes, pruners, trimmers, etc.
SCHOOL OPEN HOUSE
On Tuesday, August 27, St. Paul’s will have an open house for students and parents beginning at 6:30PM. Come on in, drop off your student’s school supplies and meet the new teachers.
SUNDAY BIBLE STUDY
Sunday Bible study resumes today (August 25) with a new series called “Living My Life as a Christian.” Putting your Christian faith into practice is a lifelong pursuit that requires consistent guidance, solid biblical wisdom, and daily reminders of God’s grace. This study addresses a wide variety of Christian living topics that new and seasoned believers often struggle to apply to their lives, such as maintaining a regular prayer habit, managing God’s gifts wisely, and professing our faith in our daily lives. Bible study takes place at 9:15 at both campuses.
SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHER NEEDED
We are still looking for someone to serve as the Sunday School Coordinator/Teacher at the Hillsboro campus beginning this fall. If you or someone you know might be interested, please reach out to Pastor Limpert or one of the elders.
